Shipping Policy

Shipments of in stock items typically ship within two business days from the order date. Items that are not in stock will typically ship within five business days. However, in some extreme cases please allow up to three weeks for shipment. This excludes all holidays and weekends.

Items returned for credit, exchange, or repair; please return the complete unit prepaid to the factory. All repairs or replacement will be made without charge and the unit will be returned, transportation paid. We do not refund any shipping costs on items returned for credit.

All large items will be shipped UPS Ground to the lower 48 states. All small items will be sent either by USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and International
will be sent by USPS.

Special shipping arrangements can be met with over-the-phone orders only; please call for a shipping quote. Please note that we cannot change shipping arrangements with online orders. This is due to the online payment process and timing in which orders are received and shipped.
